A RESULT OF TEMPTATION
INSIDE THE ROSE GARDEN!

The greatest thing that can be said about the 50's and 60's was that children were allowed to grow up with values. Our parents had the ability to discipline us, to direct us, to give us a sense of values and a direction! No one was there to question or criticize their authority. Back then it was Father Knows Best, and we respected that! Unlike today, the government has informed us that they know best, we are witnessing one of the greatest acts of deception the devil has conjured up in recent history. The A.C.L.U., plays a great part in this manipulative government smokescreen, ( I like to say, "The A.C.L.U. doesn't even have a CLUE!") What have we allowed our government to do? We as a nation of voting people are to blame. We have, because of our greed allowed our government to take away many rights from decent, law biding citizens. We have graduated far too many Kids from law factories. The market is flooded, so our ever knowledgeable government develops the A.C.L.U., another bureaucracy to conjure up more laws and more arguments against human decency! We, because of our greed, have developed an attitude of, "so long as the government is giving me what I want in the areas of jobs, * and support from welfare, ** our attitudes are to vote for the candidate that will give me what I want!" Our GREED has brought us to this state of immorality, injustice, corruption and lack of decency. We can thank ourselves for that!
* (about 50% of the nations workforce are working directly or indirectly for the government),
** (another high percentage of people are dependent on the government for their income, food and shelter),
What a sad commentary! This is exactly how we baby boomers have sold we, our families, our country but most sadly our faith and our God down the river. All for our own personal greed!
In scripture when Jesus was asked, In Luke 20, vs 21-25; 21 They posed this question to him, "Teacher, we know that what you say and teach is correct, and you show no partiality, but teach the way of God in accordance with the truth. 22 Is it lawful for us to pay tribute to Caesar or not?" 23 Recognizing their craftiness he said to them, 24 "Show me a denarius; whose image and name does it bear?" They replied, "Caesars." 25 So he said to them, "Then repay to Caesar what belongs to Caesar and to God what belongs to God."
We my friends, in this one nation founded under one God have betrayed our God. We have sold out God for the love of money, the love of power, and the love of our very selfish selves! What hope is there for us, what hope do we have to survive and restore to God what is Gods and allow Caesar (our government) to control rightfully what is theirs to control? What hope do we have for Salvation and Eternal Life? We have but one choice right now that is to turn back to God, to ask Jesus Christ to forgive us. Act and Pray every day as a family that we might turn away from our greedy ways that God in his goodness would restore this great nation to his honor and glory.
We must pray that God to teach us to not love our money but rather to have control and discipline over our money. We need to tell our government to stop making us dependent on them. We need to live our baptism, and in doing so we need to live the words Jesus Christ preached on the Sermon on the Mount. We need to live the Beatitudes from that sermon! Matthew 5; vs; 1 - 11; The Sermon on the Mount. 1 When he saw the crowds, he went up to the mountain, after that he had sat down, his disciples came to him, 2 He began to teach them saying:
The Beatitudes
3 Blessed are the poor in spirit,
for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
4 Blessed are they who mourn,
for they will be comforted.
5 Blessed are the meek,
for they will inherit the land.
6 Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness,
for they will be satisfied.
7 Blessed are the merciful, for they will be shown mercy.
8 Blessed are the clean of heart,
for they will see God.
9 Blessed are the peacemakers,
for they will be called the children of God.
10 Blessed are they who are persecuted for the sake of righteousness, for theirs is the Kingdom of heaven.
11 Blessed are you when they insult you and persecute you and utter every kind of evil
against you (falsely) because of me. 12 Rejoice and be glad for your reward will be great in
Heaven. Thus they persecuted the prophets who were before you.
We Christians need to live The Sermon on the Mount. We must live the beatitudes and put an emphasized effort on the highlighted segment of the Beatitudes. We must make a concerted effort to stop our government from taking away from God what is Gods. Our government knows how to obtain power. They have intentionally taken over these responsibilities to control the citizens of our nation and to make our people put them first before God, serving them rather than serving God. Thus, we have the opportunity to stand firm and obey the very first commandment. Exodus 20; 2-6: 2 I, the Lord, am your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, that place of slavery. 3 You shall not have other gods besides me. 4 You shall not carve idols for yourselves in the shape of anything in the sky above or on the earth below or in the waters beneath the earth; 5 You shall not bow down before them or worship them. For I, the Lord, your God, am a jealous God, inflicting punishment for their fathers' wickedness on the children of those who hate me, down to the third and fourth generation; 6 but bestowing mercy down to the thousandth generation, on the children of those who love me and keep my commandments. So again I say, what, the Son of God, Jesus Christ has said, "Render unto Caesar what is Caesars and render unto God what is Gods." We must do again! We must tell our government to stop doing Gods jobs!
How do we accomplish this? We must live our baptism. We must go out into the world, especially right here in the United States of America. We must spread the good news, share the gospel with all. We must church the unchurched, we must find those who have fallen away from the church and welcome them back home. We must open the eyes of all Catholics and Christians that only occupy a pew once a week for an hour as a habit. Most of all we must share with others our faith and commitment to Jesus Christ, to the Holy Spirit to God our almighty Father!
We had a great government, I emphasize the word had, there is no question that the Clinton administration has thrust the final spear into the bull of morality and has all but destroyed single handedly what many good Christian forefathers and Christian leaders of this nation had worked so hard to build. Our Government can be great again. We must do what is necessary to bring it back. We must stand up! We must with a very loud voice object to what has happened here! We must stand with God and fight the battle to restore decency no matter what the price. I promise you this, if you have the courage to fight the battle with God, you will enjoy what God has promised through his Son our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. You will enjoy a place in Heaven!

officials know how you feel. Lets bring America back to God and His people!
