Every Night you see it on the 6 O'clock, News and you read it in the newspaper, Crime is out of control. Children are taking up guns and killing fellow students, teachers and even their own parents. There are two, three four and even more murders a night in so many of our major cities. It would appear that our above average, very educated, sophisticated society that we live in has no value for life anymore. Why, you ask? How can our great country with its constitution, law enforcement capabilities, judicial system and leadership allow this to happen? You can't understand it! Are their no answers? Yes, there are answers! You are the answer!

We are teaching our kids in schools, in the media, TV, newspapers, radio and on billboards that Life has no value! A teenage girl just thirteen years old has to have her parents permission to have her ears pierced yet they need no parental permission to have an abortion. Is something wrong here? We have gone to early term abortions to mid-term abortions to late term abortions and now to what they so confusingly call "Partial Birth Abortions". A picture is worth a thousand words, the pictures of this procedure are so disgusting I refuse to put them on here, rather let me describe this hideous procedure. First the mother has induced labor, the doctor reaches into the uterus and the lively baby is turned around in the womb so the feet face the womb opening. The baby is then pulled out by the feet, only the babies head remains in the uterus, then a suction tube is placed into the back of the babies head and the doctor proceeds to suck out the brains of the child until that child stops kicking and falls limp. Is this humane; is this a sane surgical procedure? What have we come to in this country and where are we going.

We are teaching our children that Life has no value.... That is why so many children are killing others in and out of our schools!

Is your decision not based at all upon what you feel but rather on what someone else has told you, perhaps a friend, your workplace or your Union? Do you base your vote on whether the candidate is a Democrat or a Republican and with that in mind you ponder the thought of what you deceased daddy would think if you voted the party that your family long stood behind? Don't worry; your daddy is not going to roll over in his grave if you go against the family tradition of voting straight party lines.

Are you a follower or a leader? Are you a responsible voter? Do you realize that when you vote for a candidate, you and you alone are responsible for the laws they support and pass, for the bill they vote on that are enacted into law. You by your vote will be held accountable for the choices you make. Have you ever heard of the cliché "Negligence is no excuse for breaking the law"? In this country and in this world we are held accountable for our actions, regardless of whether or not we had a full understanding of what we are doing.

You can bet that in the next world we will be held accountable for the decisions that we make in this world. Do you take the position that abortion is not right for you but you would never tell another woman that she didn't have the right to make her own decision? That type of thinking is what is contributing to the moral decay of this nation. It is contributing to the reckless lack of value with regards to human life. It is why murder has become a habit for many rather than an event that takes some thought and planning. We my friends are going to be held accountable before God for the reckless way we choose our leaders who over the past thirty years have led our nation away from God. A great nation with moral values once known for being "One Nation Under God" to a nation formed in spite of God. We have become a nation that has removed God from its schools and public areas. A nation that has taken away the rights of its citizens to display the Nativity and the Government organization, the ACLU searching frantically to remove the idea of God from all areas it can uncover. Interestingly enough, our Supreme Court still opens with prayer and depends on the Bible to swear in its witnesses.

Ask yourself this question, Why is God good for the government and not good for it's people. Is it because the government believes that there is power in God and they believe that they can be very powerful if they bottle and package God in the way they feel God could best serve them? Sounds like a repeat of the Garden of Eden! Well I say to the government officials, God knows their hearts, God will not be used as a pawn, God will not tolerate this avenue of destruction our government and its leaders have set this nation and its people on. God cannot send a nation to heaven or hell; he can only allow people to set their destiny by their actions. He can and He will however judge a nation and allow great tragedies to fall on that nation that has turned its back on Him. We are as a nation now standing in judgment because of what we have allowed our government to do due to our apathy and the selfish way we have chosen to elect our leaders. We will stand in judgment with those leaders that we choose that allowed the destruction of life and the decay of this nation once filled with respect for God. Don't believe it; wait around for a while, you will find out sooner than later that our life here in this world is not forever. We will each one of us die one day and on that day we will know if our life will continue in glory or if we will meet a horrifying eternity because of our greed and self-servency.

Now is the time to really examine the reasons you vote for a candidate. Do you really know what that candidate stands for? Are they an avowed Pro-Life and Pro-Family candidate? Candidates of morale values are the only answer to help to restore our nation to civil obedience and order.

Do we, as Christians really believe in what we pray or are we like a clanging symbol, just making the motions, just making noise? What are we about? What do we want for our children, our families, and our neighbors and for our country?

If you really want to see a change in our country, if you really want to see a change in the attitude of our children, if you really want to start seeing good things happen again on the news at 6 p.m. then you have to come to the realization that if we don't make some changes now, then the tomorrows of the future will be too late! Don't put it off! Don't let somebody else tell you how to vote! You are the only one that can make the changes happen and you can do it with your VOTE!!!
