I'm Catholic! What else Is there?

Francis enters into a very touchy topic with many Roman Catholics on this talk. Catholics in general are usually very private about their faith and beliefs. We Catholics avoid religion whenever possible. What we talk about within this seminar is looking back on our early training in CCD Classes, the question we answered years ago, why were we born, for what purpose? The answer of course is to Love and Serve God. My question is do we even think about that question today. Are we living our faith, are we loving and serving God or are we concentrating on increasing ourselves, properties, financial riches, status and our reputations. What has the greatest value to us, our life here on earth in the span of a short time or what we have been taught through our religion that will give us an eternity in Paradise with God. Do we take our church seriously or are we like many Roman Catholics, just going to church one hour a week, doing out time and wishing the service were over. Are we thinking about and planning our week while we are in church for that hour. Or are we striving to bring ourselves to a place of faith, realizing that the Mass is the Eucharist, that Jesus Christ is alive in the Mass and that God does have a great plan for our lives here on earth as well as in Heaven. I also discuss death, not as final but rather as one of the greatest Sacraments in the church today.

This is a convicting sharing that will surely open many eyes and melt many hearts of common every day Roman Catholics! Giving them the tools to begin to seek more and increase their faith.
