Harden not your Hearts...

Pray for healing for our church, for our congregations, for the victims of pedophilia and especially for our Priest and Ministers!
"A message for all Catholics and Christians"

"So I now say to you: You are Peter and on this rock I will build my church. And the gates of the Hell will not prevail against it". Matthew 16, vs: 18

This is the promise Jesus Christ made to Peter upon appointing him as the head of His Church here on earth and that promise is as good and solid today as it were 2000 years ago. So from the word of Jesus Christ we have evidence that the Church will not be destroyed even with the present catastrophe of the exposure of Priest and Ministers involved in pedophile activities.

Even with the sin in the world I have no doubt that we are living in one of the most exciting times in the history of Christianity! We must not relax our guards against the near occasion of sin, we must constantly make ourselves ready, and we must strive for Holiness and prepare ourselves to become worthy of the Lamb of God. We are faced today with many choices, we can choose to go along with the way the world would have us live, enjoying the desires of the flesh and absorbing the many lustful pleasures that through the magic of T.V., movies and the Internet have made O.K. and perfectly acceptable as a normal healthy way of life or we can choose to ask for God's Graces that He would purify us and make us Holy and acceptable to Jesus Christ our Savior.

Unfortunately, we have before us on a daily basis so much temptation, we are all human and we are sinful by nature, it is not easy to walk away from temptation no matter who we are. As human beings we can fail, if you are a laborer in the field you can fail. If you are a married homemaker you can fail, if you are a husband with four beautiful children you can fail, if you are a Priest or a Minister you can fail and fall into sin. None of us are exempt from the seed of Adam and Eve; however, we do have the ability to reject sin through our desire of the heart to come to a closer relationship with God and to holiness. In seeking Gods Graces we gain the ability to fight off temptation and avoid sin. If temptation comes before us and we find ourselves beginning to toy with the thoughts of pleasure resulting from acting on that temptation then we again have a choice to reject that temptation and thought by directing our thoughts toward the graces that God has for us simply for the asking.

Get into the habit to ask God everyday as you wake to give you the graces that you will need this day to fight off all temptation and wrongful thoughts that you may encounter during the span of this day. Know that all we Christians are under constant surveillance of satan and his armies, satan is waiting for the perfect moment to put before us temptation and he waits until we are at our weakest moment. And who is it that satan spends the most time with?

Think about this, how can he do the most damage; you know he is shrewd and cunning. Satan knows that he can be most effective in tearing down the body of Christ by concentrating most of his efforts on the leadership of Christianity. He knows that if he can make the leaders, the Priest and Ministers fall into sin that he can disrupt the whole body of Christ, his church of believers.

When we were attacked by Usama Bin Laden and the terrorist on that 11th. Day of September, 2002 we took a little time before retaliating. The President with his Cabinet and Generals put much thought in what it would take to bring down not just those who were responsible for the attack but rather to go after any and all of the leaders of the terrorist groups. Our country knew that it was important to bring great harm and even death to those who lead the armies so that the followers would become weak and disband, so the infrastructure would collapse. So it is with satan, he is now and will continue to attack the leaders, the Priest and the Ministers, by bringing shame to them he knows that it will weaken the followers, this disgrace will make them question their faith and what they have been taught. He knows that if he can in some ways show the weakness of the leaders than in that weakness the followers will become justified in submitting to the same sinful pleasures of the flesh.

Don't let satan fool you, trust in God!
John 14: vs.: 1:
"Do not let your hearts be troubled. You trust in God, trust also in me."
Pray for our leaders, pray for our Priest and our Ministers, also pray for our Church ask St. Michael the Archangel to cover them with Protection, to protect them and us from the wickedness and the snares of the devil. Fast for these same needs in these days of trials, we will come out stronger; we will survive and become stronger because of this. All Glory and honor is Gods in our triumphant success.

Remember the Promise Jesus Christ made to Peter:

"So I now say to you: You are Peter and on this rock I will build my church. And the gates of the Hell will not prevail against it".

May God protect you and keep you in the palms of His hands until he comes in Glory.

Matthew 12: vs.30
30"He who is not with me is against me, and he who does not gather with me scatters.
31And so I tell you, every sin and blasphemy will be forgiven men, but the blasphemy against the Spirit will not be forgiven.
